Utilizing Broad Street's in-house analytics, we designed a One-Year and Two-Year Guaranteed Note, guaranteeing both Principal and Interest. These series of Notes will be rated and enhanced by an AAA Rated monoline Insurance Company. In connection with these financings, Broad Street intends to follow the same fiduciary practice as with the Issuers investments, so that marketable securities are held by a recognized Trustee for the benefit of the Noteholders.
