Broad Street has designed a number of proprietary investment strategies utilizing Asset Backed Securities and Mortgage Backed Securities in a turnkey asset-backed private placement structure. Broad Street will arrange for all necessary legal and accounting work with experienced firms in the appropriate jurisdictions. An underwriter will be selected to place the Offerings of the various private placement structures. Broad Street will arrange for the appropriate guarantees and structure to secure interest and principal repayments on the debentures.
